| Mr. Jensen has
been a Director of the Company since August 13,
2007. He was the founder and CEO of Optima Technologies,
LLC, from which the Company purchased certain assets
on April 1, 2007. Mr. Jensen still serves as the
managing member of Azaria Management Group, L.L.C.
(the new name for Optima Technologies, L.L.C.)
which has been engaged in the business of print
management, printing supplies and repair service
since 1987. Mr. Jensen received a Bachelors Degree
in Accounting from the University of Miami in 1985.
Mr. Jensen has extensive industry experience and
knowledge as he has been in print management & supplies
industry for over 20 years. Mr. Jensen earned his
Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Ohio
where he majored in both Accounting and Finance.
After college, Mr Jensen completed pilot training
in the United States Air Force.
